The hotel was an amazing base for enjoying a perfect area, so close to the center of Madrid, stores in the city, and the attractions madrid had to offer. It had very central location close to Fuencarral Market. The staff were more than helpful, many of them were helpful people.

The rooms are very clean and quite. Common bathroom is also clean and neat. Good location. Safety to go out in night. A lot of shops around.
The staff don't know English. We had to talk via Google Translate. It was very difficult to find the hostal it's situated on 4th floor of apartment house. There is no air-condition, too hot in summer.

It was very central and It was clean
The owner was behaving like a dad with his children: telling travellers to stay quiet, to close the door of the room, etc there's no elevator, and the entrance to te building is not nice at all

Location ++ Friendly manager (that was hardly there) Clean room Warm shower
If you are planning to get some sleep, skip this hostal. Very noisy, the owner was hardly there so i had to open the door for the other guests otherwise the doorbell wouldnt stop ringing. Very thin walls and bed wasn't of any quality. You have to go up and down four floors because there is no elevator. Wifi only works near reception. Not worth my money, would only recommend if you like climbing, dont need to sleep and dont care for wifi

Great accomodation which is very central. Although I have booked a room with a shared bathroom, I must say that I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of said common areas. Receptionist was very helpful and polite.
You have to go four floors w/o any use of lift. Not recommended for travellers with large luggage, old people or families travelling with baby strollers.

The hotel did not have elevator, the bedroom was really uncomfortable and the bathroom very small.
